For this ground-floor renovation in The Glebe, we collaborated with interior designer Tanya Collins, who reimagined this space for improved flow and accessibility. The relocation of the kitchen from one side of the house to the other facilitated the creation of a new rear passageway, seamlessly connecting with the elegant mudroom. We also added a ground-floor powder room—something quite rare in older homes. To top it off, we built a custom outdoor sauna with an accompanying exterior shower, enhancing the overall quality of life within this client’s home.
